By purchasing or downloading any product from corbinellis.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before you buy.
We sell digital products — downloadable files such as spreadsheets, checklists, guides and templates, including the Ultimate Wedding Planning Spreadsheet and its bonuses, order bump, and upsell items. These are delivered electronically; nothing is physically shipped.
Purchases are processed by our checkout provider, Payhip, and its payment partners. After a successful purchase you receive instant access to a download link and a receipt email. You can re-download your files from your Payhip receipt. If you do not receive your files, email support@corbinellis.com and we will make sure you get them.
When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use it for your own personal wedding planning (or, where a product is expressly sold for commercial use, as stated on that product). You may download it, edit your own copy, and print it for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or give away the files or their contents; upload them to any public or shared location, file-sharing service, or resale marketplace; or claim the product or its contents as your own work. We retain all intellectual property rights in our products.
Our spreadsheet works in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. You are responsible for having access to compatible software. Setup instructions are included, and support is available at support@corbinellis.com. We have tested every formula (37/37 verification checks passed) and ship the files free of broken cells; if you believe you have found an error, contact us and we will fix it.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
Our products are planning and organizational tools, provided “as is” for general informational and organizational purposes. We are not financial advisors, and our products do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. Price ranges shown (for example in the Hidden Cost Catcher) are general estimates for guidance only; your actual costs will vary by location, vendor and choices. You are responsible for your own budgeting and financial decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any wedding cost, overspend, or outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Your personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where you have mandatory consumer-protection rights under your local law, nothing here limits them.
